Appling Healthcare is pleased to announce that South Georgia Medical Associates has joined Appling Medical Group. As a result of this change, South Georgia Medical Associates has moved their office to Appling Medical Group, Suite B, next door to South Georgia Medical Association.
The two offices joined forces on August 16, 2021 in a merge that will offer patients expanded care and maximized communication.
The merge of the two offices at the Appling Medical Group location also includes the staff of South Georgia Medical Associates and Appling Medical Group. Dr. Orlando Fernando, Dr. Errol Graham, and Matt Hodges, FNP-BC are the partnered providers of this new force.
In the coming weeks, South Georgia Medical Associates phone and fax number will be updated to Appling Medical Group’s current phone number and fax number:

Appling Medical Group continues to participate in the same insurance plans that were accepted at South Georgia Medical Associates. Dr. Orlando Fernando, Dr. Errol Graham and Matthew Hodges, FNP-C, will continue to care for all established patients and are accepting new patients.
