The Baxley & Appling County Hospital Authority is pleased to announce that Appling Healthcare’s Chief Operating Officer Robin Crosby, MBA, has been appointed as the Interim Chief Financial Officer.
Robin joined our organization in 1997 and developed her healthcare experience in various departments including business development, project management, revenue cycle management, human resources, and marketing. After working for Appling Healthcare for 20 years, she went to work for two other rural hospitals in the region before returning in 2022 to serve as COO.
Last year, Robin was asked to step in as CFO-in-training with expert guidance from an industry mentor. She embraced the challenge without hesitation, driven in great part by her longstanding dedication to the organization.
Robin has a Master of Business Administration from Walden University and a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree from Georgia Southern University.
