BAXLEY, GA – Updated annual economic impact data released by the Georgia Hospital Association (GHA) highlights the $88,799,773 that Appling Healthcare generates for the Georgia economy. GHA’s data also highlights that the hospital contributes $75,987,721 to Appling County. This update is based on independent third-party modeling using 2024 data.

GHA’s data shows that Appling Healthcare supports 507 total jobs across Georgia, including 428 jobs in Appling County, and 285 full- and part-time employees at Appling Healthcare. Together, these direct and indirect jobs generate $31,469,535 in household earnings statewide.
