We need your help! Please help us improve the health of Appling County by participating in an online survey. Every region is unique with its own healthcare needs. The results of this survey will help us put together a detailed plan to focus on the greatest needs.
Completing the survey won’t take long; only about 10 to 15 minutes. Your participation in the survey is completely voluntary and your privacy is guaranteed. We are partnering with the Center for Public Health Practice and Research to conduct this survey, so Appling Healthcare and our facilities will not have access to your responses.
