Services Needed- Healthcare Transactional Attorney or Law Firm
Appling Healthcare is currently seeking the services of an experienced corporate attorney or law firm to provide legal counsel to an existing healthcare provider on a wide variety of matters. The attorney must have experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, third party service agreements, physician employment agreements, and health care industry regulations. Preferred criteria include experience in health care startups as well as traditional health care delivery models, private equity investments, capital raising activities, securities law compliance, real estate law and construction law, negotiation and documentation of financing arrangements and antitrust law compliance.
All bids must be turned in to Appling Healthcare Administration Office, 507 Fair Street, Baxley, GA 31513 by Friday, May 21, 2021 at noon.
